We developed a loyal following and in 1995 opened our Orchards coffee house. In 1997, we opened our Fishers Landing location and in 2000 our Hazel Dell store.
     For several years, we purchased our coffee beans through various wholesalers. Unfortunately when a major coffee developer/retailer bought our distributor, we soon found our beans were not the same - freshness and quality seem to disappear. In early 2000, we purchased our first roaster and developed our own roasts. Our coffee is hand roasted fresh daily in our vintage Gothat German Roaster. As a result, you will not find a fresher or more flavorful cup.
     We purchase our green coffee from the world’s most renowned importers. We continually strive to seek out growers and importers that are known to be environmentally friendly.
     We are very grateful to our community for their continued support and patronage. Brewed Awakenings is passionate about giving back to our community by donating to local schools, sports and charity events. We owe our success to our passion for consistency and freshness in our coffees. We are extremely committed to our staff.
